Documentation of the Natural Food Dye Workshop at London College of Communication to be utilised for their spring open evening. The workshop demonstrated how to create natural dyes out of organic materials e.g. onion skins, pomegranates, rose petals etc. The dyes were used to colour ribbons and fabrics, which would then be used for the Elephant's Secret Kitchen Cookbook, a collaboration project between the London College of Communication and Cafe Jamyang in Elephant and Castle.
