THE ELEPHANT'S SECRET KITCHEN

Collaborative cookbook project between London College of Communication and Cafe at Jamyang, located inside the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Elephant and Castle. A plant-based vegetarian cookbook, made from recycled kitchen waste paper and bookmarks dyed using natural dyes made from fruit and vegetables, promoting the eco-friendly culture of the Jamyang Buddhist Centre. I was one of the photographers in charge of taking shots of the recipes, preparations and behind-the-scenes, to be featured inside the cookbook.
